Providence Girls’ Golf Beats Bolles

On Tuesday, August 21st, in the first match of the season, the Providence Girls Golf Team beats Bolles with a score of 147-159. The girls played a 9-hole match at Providence’s home course at Glen Kernan. Low score for Providence was shot by Celeste Valinho (-3) 33 and low score overall was shot by Bolles

Girls Golf Places 6th in State Finals

Providence girls golf finished 6th out of 16 teams at the 1A State Finals.  The top score was shot by Junior,Celeste Valinho with an even par of 144. Seventh grader Kaitlyn Schroeder scored 155, Freshman Kylie Turner scored 166, Junior Abby Cobb scored 199 and Sixth grader Emma Wells scored 205.  Congratulations on a great year!

Providence Girls Golf Advances to the State Tournament

In a real nail biter, the Providence Girls Golf Team finished as 2nd Runner Up in their 18 Hole, Regionals Tournament on Tuesday at Fleming Island Golf Club. The Bolles Girls Golf Team took first place by just two strokes. Both teams will advance to the State Tournament at Mission Inn Resort on November 6th

Providence Stallions Girls Golf Wins Districts

On Monday, October 16th, 2017 the Providence Girls Golf Team hosted the Districts Tournament for Class 1A, District 5, at Windsor Parke Golf Club. The Providence Girls won the 18 Hole, 72 par match against Episcopal and University Christian with the following scores: Providence: Celeste Valinho (11th grade) 74 (overall low) Kaitlyn Schroeder (7th grade)
